    Sound synchronizing issues on Megaman

This is an odd problem, I've tried the game on multiple emulators and with multiple sound plugins and the problem still occurs. In cutscenes that do not have a textbox (like shortly after the intro level), the audio speech and the character animations are HORRENDOUSLY out of sync (in some cases up to 2 seconds).

Saving the game at a monkey and resetting does not fix the problem, and it is not related to frameskipping (it occurs even if you never use it).

It's not a game-ruining problem, but does anyone know of a solution?

I'm using Azimar's plugin, Jabo's doesn't work anymore for some reason. Back when it was working, though, sync to audio was always on and it still occurred.

Here's my computer's specs in brievety:

    OS: Windows XP Home SP2
    CPU: AMD Athlon XP 3200+
    Memory: 448 MB
    Sound card: Realtek AC'97

I don't have a video card, this compter uses a VIA/S3G Unichrome IGP display adaptor. Come to think of it, there is absolutely no good reason as to why this computer should be able to emulate N64 games at all, but it can. Fluke of nature I guess.

I doubt that affects the sound, however.
