    N64 PJ64 Controller probs? not sure

    when i try to play mario tennis or deadly arts on the selection screen, it acts like im pushing the up button as fast as i can, and in order to select something i need to press down as it hopps between the two buttons next to eachother in order to select. its a pain!! and i cant play like this!! HELP!!!
