Running Crazy Taxi 2 too slow

I have already read the manual and I walked to see on forum but i did not obtain any help. In my Crazy Taxi 2 the car runs very slow...
I have already selected the option Above Normal but it is in the same.
    Someone could help me ?

Dreamcast emulation relies entirely on CPU speed, and will have higher requirements than any PC game on the market. So yes, if a particular Dreamcast game is slow, your PC is too slow for that game to run in the emulator.
