Looking for a team to create a mega-drive emulator

hello there. if anyone would like to help me im looking for a team to create a mega-drive emulator. i know nothing about programming at all, but would love to do all the public work ( web page, status updates, take all the questions.) to leave the team to concentrate on building the emulator. i have experience with web page creation and would be honored if a team would join me to undertake this hard be extemely fulfiling task.
