    Quiet fan

I know there are a lot of you guys that know a lot of modding stuff. My videocard fan just make a hell of a noise. I'm looking for a affordable and quiet solution, I'm not interested in overclocking, so powerful fans have no room here, I just want it to be quiet. Zalman stuff is just too expensive. Any recommendation?

Yeah. The CoolViva is quite a good Graphics card cooler.

Newegg is great and has indeed the greatest prices, but I'm unable to buy things there due to my location...

Just spend $30 and get a Zalman, it'll be worth it, afterall its only a one-time expense and that heatsink should fit on cards made in the future as well.
