I've been waiting weeks to get an answer but no one will ever answer... I need Resident Evil 4/Resident Evil 0 character model files to be extracted, most of them are in .arc format, I decompressing using Yaz0dec and rarcdump but for the millionth time it won't work... I even used a hex editor like some one recommended but I don't see how that can extract the files... There is no option for extracting the .arc files.
