Memory card error for Naruto 4

I'm trying to test naruto 4 but whenever I load up the game it saids your memory card is corrupt and needs to reformat

Can someone please give me a working memory card please?

Just say OK and format it. The memory card support is kinda flaky too.If you want it to work I highly suggest not trying to use it with more then one game. Usually attempting to use it with more then one game breaks it and causes you to have to reformat.

It does not give me the option to reformat, do you have any other suggetion?
