    whats your video card? either your card doesn't support PS2.0 or if it does, you didnt set it at 2.0 in the graphics plugin configuration

    The GeForce MX series does not support Pixel Shaders I'm afraid, the Only GeForce series that does are GeForce 3 Titanium, GeForce 4 Titanium, GeForce FX, and the GeForce 6 + 7 Series. Yours is GeForce 4 MX, which does not support Pixel Shaders.
