is there a model viewer ?

i dont know if that kind of stuff exist for dreamcast but i wonna know if there is a model viewer for chankast or .cdi.
i need it because i'm trying to make a mugen character ( batsu from rival school 2 ) but i have some probleme to rip character image ingame.
i'm searching also for other console model viewer ( ps2, game cube ) if there is no one for cdi in case i decide to change the chara i wonna make because of my probleme.

does that kind of stuff exist ?

for them who dont know mugen, it's a 2D fighting game and all charater are made by user so there are tone of character from capcom, snk, bandai, etc..

i tryed google but i found some only for pc game. ( FFXI, HL2, Neverwinter Night, etc... )
there is a smash bros melee model viewer project in this forum but there is no release yet.

oh, i dont know, i saw a batsu but it's not the same i tryed to do.
i'm searching another character to do but i dont know witch one.

my probleme with this character is when 2 chara come closer ingame, the camera zoom in so the chara size change so i cant rip well all the moves.
