Rice's Video 6.1.0 is jerky (not a framerate issue)

I'm getting good framerates, but it seems to jerk here and there, without slowdown. In Mario 64 for example, the image seems to bounce around at times. It is more pronounced with the high res texture pack, but is there even without.

The problem was extremely pronounced in the Mario 64 sunken ship, while the water is draining out. The picture was bouncing around jerkily. What's strange is that I rushed to the top as soon as I opened the last chest, and even while my view of the ship was above water and not viewing the water, the problem was the same. Until the water stopped draining, which I could only tell by sound since I was facing the other way.

There are many options for this plugin, is there anything that might address this?

I don't have this problem with the Jabo plugins. My computer isn't old or outdated.
