    megadrive vs snes

megadrive anyday, snes may hav been a better machine, but nothing beats a good 'ol game of streets of rage and sonic. more memories, golden axe 1 and 2, toe jam and earl, californian games.

the best game of all though was Mickey Mouse: Castle of Illusion, and im seriously not joking, i loved that game so much, and it really was a decent platformer. no disney game on the snes got close to that.....

just wondering wat the rest of u think...

I hated mario kart, donno why. Although there were some trippy games on the SNES, I like Yoshi`s Island so much.
Anyway, the best Mickey Mouse game imho was on the NES, I can`t even remember its name now, but it was friggin cool.

The 16bit war was probably the most closest of battles between consoles. Both consoles had killer games, it's a difficult one too call. Very difficult.
    TBE 2011 - this time it's real.

SNES had better racing games, but Mega Drive had the killer sports titles..

I would say impossible... I am glad they released both... I can say one thing for sure though, they outperformed their successors in terms of shear joy and gameplay....

SNES. It had Mario World, Yoshi's Island, Zelda, and Metroid. The Sonic series(while fun) can't touch that.
    Nothing can stop me now.

    ahh good ol' aladdin!

my local boys+girls club used to have an NES, SNES, and Genesis and you would stand in line and play games and switch every 5 mins or something..

anyway, that was THE game.. Sonic 2, Aladdin, and MK2 all freakin day :O

    damn i miss that
