Genesis / Mega Drive emulator for GBA

Recently I became interested in the emulator for GBA scene(Non-pc). I have found that there is an early release of a SNES emulator, but I don't see any development for a Sega Genesis / Mega Drive emulator. Does anyone know if there is one available? The GBA is certainly powerful enough to pull off those specs. It's more powerful than the SNES even, which was similar to the Genesis except for its so-called "Blast Processing!"

Emulation 101: The system thats emulated under most circumstances requires 10 times the resources than it would if it were not emulated.

The GBA is hardly a powerful system. Why do you think there aren't Genesis emulators for the SNES if its powerful enough? the answer, it isn't.
