Problem with Majoras Mask

Hello, i have some problems with Zelda - Majoras Mask. When i change of city in the city clock the game just freeze for about 5 seconds, theres a bug in the game? because when Link are in a city the game runs perfectly but the problems just come out when i try to change of city or when i try to attack, but this one is normal i guess cuz it just happen sometimes. this problems can be fixed with some configurations in emulator, game or in the plugin thing? i use the project 64 with jabo direct 1.8.6. plugin. My PC Specs: Pentium 4 Celeron 1.8ghz, 256MB Ram and video Geforce FX 5200 128Ram/128bits. thanks 4 attention!
