help bug in sonic adventure 1

when i go on the train to mystic ruins the game crashes and the screen is black

please help

oh and i tried turning down the cpu

This is a known bug with the emulator. As of now, there's no way around it. Hopefully the next release will fix this.

Go to Zophar's Domain and download a save file for Sonic Adventure. Then use Chankast's VMS Browser and insert the file into your virtual VMU. Load up the game and save file and use Trial to play the levels that you want. It sucks, but it works for me...
