Updated ini for Goldeneye

Goldeneye still runs better on this slow comp. 633 Mhz P3 with this emu.

So.


I edited the ultra.ini cheat file

all weapons
all ammo, (other games removed from ini)

should use windowed mode
If executeable won't run delete and reinstall
