Dynarec

I have naruto1 but its laging in one thread i saw what i need to use ''Dynarec'' But i dont know where it is and what it is can someone explain that ?

To be honnest, until I searched it in this board (using the search function) I found out how to enable dynarec. So if you did search enough you could have found it.
