Hmm....That's weird.....FFTactics with ePSXe

Hey all, um...I've never had this problem until now, but before, it worked liked a charm....I'm trying to run Final Fantasy Tactics on ePSXe with P.E. Ops 1.16 Graphics driver and everytime I target a person, the game slows to a crawl until the battle animation completes, I've never had this problem before....Should I switch to a different plugin? or change settings? or reconnect my video to my old S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR card over my GeForce6600? Please Help. I'm attatching the settings right now...I use one of two plugins, either P.E.Op. S. 1.16 or Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.75. Both settings are attathced. I'd rather use Pete's DX6 because the graphics are much smoother...Thanks.
