Minkster's SM64 Health Bar

I just finished my health bar in Mario64...its been improved alot from the early stages. I got every texture hirezed except for one that keeps showing the yellow background and won't become transparent no matter what I do. Here is a shot of it working correctly and a shot of the only texture that wont become transparent. Please help thanks-minkster

I fixed the problem...the whole time I was forgetting a texture ...Well here is the attatchment...please tell me what you think of it. thanks-minkster

I've already seen his power bar, but mine is a different style. I posted mine mostly because mine IMO keeps the original mario power bar style while John Doe's powerbar is modernized with new textures. It is really what you find more appealing though.
