Emulators With HQ2X, 3X, and or 4X?

I was wondering a list of emulators that have these graphic filters. I'm also trying to find a PSX emulator plugin, I use Rice's plugin for N64 emulators.

For PSX emulator plugins, Pete's plugins are by far the best in my experience. As far as emulators using those filters, why not go to the HQ#x homepage, it has a short list of programs known to be using them, though it might not be all.
