Problem with Goemon's Great Adventure

I am having problem in GGA when going into underwater stages.The whole screen like covered with a layer and i cant see anything.I am using rice's 5.2.0 for that game and apparently it is the best plugins for tat game so far.If anyone know how to fix it plz tell me,relly desperate to play tat game .thanks.

Try using the new version of Rice's plugin instead (6.1.0c).
Even if the game says to use that version, it's probably only for people with older versions.
