I'm trying to play games like Virtua Fighter 3, Sega Rally 1 and 2, and I was wondering what emulator do I need? Is there a Sega Model 3 Emulator out?

I'm pretty sure there isn't a sega model 3 emulator out, but you could try VF3 and Sega Rally 2 on chankast if you have the dreamcast versions
I'm a little-bit in the same boat you're in, Mongo51983... I've been looking for an emulator for Battle Arena Toshinden, but no such luck. They [3D Fighters] aren't even covered in MAME.
They are, Virtua Fighter 3 can run in MAME, have a look round and u'll be able to play it, Battle Arena Toshinden 2 is on MAME and playable by the way Shpongled.
Specs:
Windows XP Pro SP2
3.2GHZ HT Pentium 4
1GB 3200 DDR memory Dual Channel
Gigabyte Mainboard
Geforce FX 5600 Ultra
DVD-RW DL Drive
DVD reader
Floppy Disk Drive
120GB 7200RPM Hard Drive
Use ZiNc for Battle Arena Toshinden 2 as well as a whole list of fighting games, Dead or Alive ++, Soul Edge, Street Fighter EX, EX 2, EX Plus, EX 2 Plus.
Thanks for the info, Mongo & Darth. I've tried BAT2 and SFEX in MAME, but the sound is very poor -- echoing effects -- and the graphics are sluggish and very-unlike the arcade versions.
I was thinking it's my computer, but I'll try that ZiNc. Thanks for all the info. Good luck on your Virtua Fighter 3.

If your going to use ZiNc make sure you download ZiNc GUI, because it won't run without it.
