    GC Image CRC Check

Is there a tool that can check if an image have been correctly copied? (Such as GoodTools but for GameCube)

there is no known app (is there anyone?)
the best thing to do is when you make your own images do it more than once until you get two images (or more) with the same MD5 hash value, then you know its 100% good

GoodTools use a set CRC for checking, and this would be very hard to do with GCMs, because of the different things people do to them after ripping.. like shrinking the GCM, removing garbage, etc. which completely change the CRC.

So in order to create a program like this, someone would have to collect every unmodified GCM, and the GCMs floating around the net usually are modified (garbage removal) so you couldn't use the CRC from those. Plus I don't even think this would be possible because ripping from CD is not always 100% accurate.

Anyway, I'd do what the poster above said.. that is the best thing you can do for now.
