Java SNES Emulator Problems

I play a Java SNES Emulator on http://freewebarcade.com and it freezes when I'm in the middle of playing a game.

The emulator allows a person to play a rom from my computer or a location on the internet. The only time it freezes is when I play one from a url location. Is this because it didn't download the whole game or something?

I will go out on a limb and suggest a number of reasons why you are having this problem:

1) This "emulator" which I couldn't actually find on that website you provided isvery under-developed... and doesn't support this game you are trying to run
2) It's a bad rom. you should check it with goodsnes;

I fail to understand why you would choose a java emulator when there are ones you can download.

these two will run from your computer and can run near enough anything you throw at them.
