When I Play Paper Mario I Get This Error When I Load A State

Paper Mario seems to be notorious for corrupting save states. Don't use them and save at the savepoints throughout the game.

i usually get tis problem. u just gotta use savepoints, paper mario wast designed and wasnt intended for just saving anywhere.

quick-fix:
use the pretty rainbow boxes to save.
