Emulator that runs GBA VIDEO ROMS?

I have been using VBA, but when I load up a GBA VIDEO ROM, it doesn't play. ALSO, whats this I hear about BIOS, are there BIOS for VBA now?

Nono, you don't need a bios if you want to use VBA to play GBA Videos. There was a modded version of VBA floating on the net with extra features like the ability to play GBA Videos, the DL link became dead. Maybe someone else can attach it, my internet connection is very busy right now, sorry.
