Using Giri Giri, I have noticed that the gaphics aren't as good as on a Sega Saturn (by a mile). Is there any way to enhance the graphics. Computer resources is not an issue.

Try turning on AntiAliasing and/or Anisotropic filtering in your video card's display settings. Probably the reason you think the "graphics" look worse is because your pc screen is a much higher resolution than your tv.
