Well im sure the free part is a bit blurry but..

Im sure there's probably some sort of model extractor for the OoT rom.
I am not familiar with extracting dat from roms so i am not sure.
Try to google it and see what you come up with.

If u have a video card with a pixel shader check out http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=21092 theres a plugin that extracs the models with textures from roms.
