18 wheeler not working

Hello I have 18 wheeler (2004-03-05-18-Wheeler-Pal-DCP.cdi) I am using alcohol 120% and when I insert it it seems to be working fine as soon as I start chankast .25 and .20a I am getting the swirly bios thing then the sega screen witch only shows at the top 1/2 of the screen, but then it just goes black and the fps etc go on but nothing more happens than that I don't think this is an echelon release ... what can the problem be?

Someone said that D-Tools 3.29 is better than Alcohol 120%. I used b4 Alcohol too and in homebrew things it says IO error but D-tools wont. So you can try D-tools 3.29. And my 18-Wheeler works but i think its Jap version.
