Ya this WC seems to be better then the last. With Rooney, Deisler, Cassano and other young players making an impact on the squads it will be a nice WC to watch.

Also lets not forget about Adriano. Brazil look strong in the attacking with Adriano and Ronaldo up front.

I got my bets on Brazil to repeat or Germany to exact revenge. Germany look strong with Klinsman in charge and some added youth. Kahn's no longer gaurenteed a spot and even his captain was given to Ballack (rightfully deserved).

I would like Italy to win (as I'm of Italian background) but I would love to see Canada atleast qualify as that's were I live. Canada got jipped in there last game and should of won. No they need to win 3/4 games and the next game they play is against Costa Rica. They will probably lose that so it would have to be 3/3 after that .

scotland 0-0 slovenia - good result for scotland

poland 1-2 england theyll qualify then disappoint in germany

Costa Rica is almost dead, I don't know why but my team is sucking like hell... In less than an hour the Costa Rica Vs. Canada match is going to start here in my country... if costa rica don't win is out... sad but simple...

after the match against brazil im a lot more confident than before. quite exciting to see our young players (a lot from stuttgart too ) perform so well. kuranyi/asamoah seems like a good team for the offense. now we just have to kick out kahn and put timo hildebrand in his place

thats a pity since kahn was in excellent from just two years ago in the last world cup

ya, however his performance has been on the way down ever since that, not only in international tourneys but in the national league as well. imo he is just past his prime and has no business in the team anymore.
