Nemu 64 and Banjo-Kazooie Rom Problem - White Screen by swimming in the Water

Hi !

When i want to dive in Banjo Kahooie i get a white Screen and cant see anything if iam back out of the Water there are no Problems. Is this a Grafic card or a Rom failure ?
