Unhappy failed to open glide3x.dll..... help me please!

hi I've got a problem with glide3x.dll. I have downloaded the latest file, but when I want to change the video plugin I get a message saying: failed to open glide3x.dll. How can I get this to work properly? My pc meets the minimum specs. My standard emulator is project 64 but I've tried it on others too. Can somebody please help me???

P.S. I'm not a native english speaker, so dont pay attention to the numerous spelling errors.

Yeah, you have to put glide3x.dll (it's in the newest Glide SP5 and before) in the emu folder (not in the plugin one) and it works!
