Jojo's Bizzare Adventure Problem - How to stretch manually?

Hi all, I've already know Jojo couldn't run well in the latest chankast, as it only runs in half screen. My question is, how to stretch the chankast window manually? My system is WinXP and I cannot drag the window to let it bigger than current resolution. That is, I can't make chankast window bigger then 1024 x 768. And I want to get a bigger view, so when I stretch the window as big as it can be, I changed my desktop resolution to 640 x 480. Unfortunately the window changed back to fit current resolution. So what can I do to make it bigger? Forgive my poor English please, thanx very much.
