Doom 3 Extras

I'm not sure how many of you have Doom 3 yet, it absolutely ROCKS!

I just thought i would post some extra things i found that the developers left in the game, to access them bring down the console (CTRL + ALT + `) and type the following commands WITHOUT QUOTEMARKS:-

"map testmaps\test_box" - Just a box...really...its boring!
"map testmaps\test_boxstack" - This is actually good fun!
"map testmaps\test_lotsaimps" - Watch your framerate DROP!
"map game\pdas" - MAJOR SPOILER ALERT!!!
"playdemo demo1" - a short-clip of someone playing (dunno who)
"playdemo shot_demo001" - A single screenshot
"playdemo shot_demo002" - Another screenshot



Well, this is what i've found and i hope you enjoy them, i've typed these from memory so report any problems and most definately post more if you've found anything else (not bothered about cheats though )

Greed? How about the sour taste of illegal copying poisoning the market for legitimate gamers? BTW, Wal-Mart has it for $49, it'll probably come down more in a month or two.

Yes, it's greed. It would have been just as feasible and profitable had they sold the game for 50 bucks instead of 55. It may not actually BE that big of a difference but it LOOKS like it is and that kills it for a lot of people. Pirated software isn't actually as bad as most people make it out to be. I work at a game store, I should know.

Yeah , John Carmack said in an interview , that doom 3 should be played from midnight until 6 O'clock in a complete dark room . The gameplay is friggin' awesome when you do so
