That's KDE 4.1.3 on Arch Linux. I'm using the Arezzo deskto theme. That's pretty much the default otherwise, i've only rearranged stuff in the panel slightly, and tweaked fonts a bit. The background also ships with KDE by default nowadays.

As to the apps, that's firefox, konsole, and soitin, a media player I'm working on at the moment.

Made this wallpaper myself. My desktop size is 1920x1080, and even that is scaled down. Original original size is 2816x1584
