Get the cowering GoodGBA tool, and generate the list of known ROMs. This will include the names of known BIOS files, and if you know how to search, you can find it in a very short time.

Attention Mods: Please edit if this is too much information. :(

i clicked on a zip file and it showed a little box w/ files in it, it worked the first time..... but then i tried it again and now it says "cartridge not found"

You must have pkunzip.exe in your %PATH% or emulator directory.
http://econ.lse.ac.uk/staff/vassilis/pub/util/msdos/pkunzip.exe
(actually you can use any unzipsomething.exe if it supports command line )
then you can choose zip files from ROM select dialog in emulator, just like in VBA.
