Do you mean showable as in everyone can read it, or as in people know it's there? Firstly, if everyone could read it, then it wouldn't be private. Second, what would be the point of knowing it's there is you can't read it? And there already is a private forum, but it doesn't show up to anyone that can't actually get in.
