Thanx man.But how do you use it im having troubles figuring it out.I keep getting error messages but i cant tell what they say it is in some other language.

jkidd and scor_311.from the file browser select the folder which it has inside the ip.bin you want to change.(scor_311 extract the ip.bin from the game).after that change whatever you want.i think in order to make it bootable you must have this options:
select the vga box supported in av cable type
select the sega os used in the operation system information
First read filename:1st_READ.BIN
select all the area symbols and
select all the extended peripherals
hit patch
after that burn your cd with this ip.bin and it should be bootable
