I can get graphincs to display in dreamemu 0.0004

Help me please. I am using dreamemu 0.0004 and no graphings will display.
Im using windows XP PROFFESIONAL
256MB RAM
DIRECTX 8.1
AND AN AMD ATHLON XP 1145 MHZ

Are you using demos? If so, which? ...and if you are trying commercial games - they don't work.
