Well pcsx2 0.4 is finaly here. So far only the win32 version but the linux version will release probably tomorrow ;0
so what you wait for .go d/l it
Notice that you will need a bios now for better results. Scph10000 is what we use. Some others might work too but this is what pcsx2 team uses.
