If there some way to make a music format for n64 like spc, nsf, psf, etc?

Well, i suppost that im not the first person to pray to the emulation gods for this, but i least i will try ^^

Can someone of you emulator programmers make a Nintendo 64 music format? i know that this is a little hard, but when i see that a guy called Neill Corlett make a Playstation Sound Format, my hopes for a N64 Music Format increase a little ^^

There are some greats N64 OSTs and it will very cool to get in his original music format, please, if you can do it, it will a very good notice for the emulation world!

    Thanks

Maybe. Most people say it's an impossibility since the main CPU does all of the sound on the N64. But wasn't this the case in the PSX too? Highly Experimetal shows R3000 CPU usage...

Well, im not a programmer, but the only thing i know is that the PSF Format is extracted from a PS-EXE file and eliminate all the unused data (the data from the GPU, buffer, etc)... so i think that this may be posible on the n64
