    New Zelda News

The first GameCube iteration of The Legend of Zelda receives an official name.

Nintendo has announced that the official name for the upcoming GameCube Legend of Zelda game will be The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. In the game, players will once again take on the role of Link as he attempts to rescue his sister, who has been captured by an enormous bird. The title of the game refers directly to Link's ability to control the direction of the wind by conducting music with his baton, which comes into play while riding in Link's boat. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker also supports the GameCube and Game Boy Advance connectivity feature, which grants players access to new items as well as the "Tingle-Bomb" that opens up new areas.

The North American version of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker is scheduled for release in February.

Must admit that a giant bird doesn't sound as nasty as ganondorf.....

    Where'd ganondorf go anyway?
He's been in almost all the other zelda games...
Well w/e...although a giant bird doesn't sound too exciting.

Do not criticize the game in advance, just wait and you will see why Zelda is one of the best games ever created.

Here are the reasons for buying: Zelda, Mario Sunshine, Resident Evils, MarioParty, Luigi's Mansion, etc.

It is cheap and you get games that keep you entertaining for a long time. Even you can plug your GameBoy Advance into it, it is COOL!

And if you liked the older Zelda games, I do not think you will be sorry buying it.

    Well, here a cube costs 250$ >_<
    And a ps2 around 280$ >_<
And anyway, the ps2 has good titles such as final fantasy x, devil may cry, dead or alive 2, etc, etc...

But since someone else has one of this, i think i'll be going for the cube.
