  1. PCSX project in preliminary stages so nothing new right?
  2. my computer had a 'oh sh.." moment in august. So that computer is not what is being used. I've begun recovery procedures slowly. I have most of the important projects back to some degree of functional. Things like Electric Vehicle (EV henceforth) IE OSMC, heating system, lighting systems, EDA tools etc. Emulation is a bit lower (games in other words).

It's been a while, I suppose it's not a reliable thing to rely on other people to know how to build PCSX.

Things to learn from MinGW is your friend and using Cygwin is probably a bad idea.

If you don't understand the meaning of these statements let me elucidate.

A short glossary IS = instruction set or instruction stream, in this case I am referring to an instruction stream however other times I may be referring to an instruction set.
