OK, I'm playing HM, and when a horse race is about to begin on race day in the first spring, I get a message that says 'PI_DMA_WRITE not in Memory' and it doesn't go away until I close PJ64. The problem guide says that to get past this, 'enable HLE audio to get past point.' How do I do that? And if that's not the answer, then how do I get past this?

Use azimer's audio.

I've only got Jabo's and zilmar's, but will that help to solve the problem with the message? It's still popping up... :'(

Try turning off register caching, lowering the CF, and changing it to "Protect Memory" as the self modifying code checking.

Nope... Still the same thing... Oh well, I'll just chuck the game... :(

Or try a different emulator...I have almost finished using 1964.

1: Uncheck the "send audio lists to audio plugin" if you wish to use jabo's sound plugin. If you got a good computer, it will work fine.

2: Make sure this is a good rom.

Make sure your Harvest Moon 64 ROM dump is good!

The PI DMA error may telltale a bad Harvest Moon 64 ROM.
