i heard that card is kinda outa date, id recomend jabos Dx 1.5 or glide+evoodoo

Have you tried TR64 Ogl plugin?

Most if not all plugins will performe poorly on that card.

Anyway, Doomulation's suggestion is probably the best for that card, and the fastest (on almost any card).
