I made an Italian translation of Mupen64.

As usual the name of the author is "Burzum" (my nick on Italian forums) and not "Aiper666" but we are the same person. ;)

Explanations (tooltips) were added some time ago.I posted
message about it in 'mupen 64 0.0.90 released' thread .

About translations,i will send you beta for translation just before
release,no point to translate it now,cause strings added,removed and changed every second :).Thanks for the offer :).
