Can anyone tell me a neogeo emulator that works in Windows XP?

I tried NeoRage-x except it crashes every time I start it up.
(I'm probably just too dumb to set it up )

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Winkawaks or Nebula - THE BEST neo-geo, cps-2, cps-1 (nebula supports some konami system too) emus.

Use MAME. It is the most accurate NeoGeo emulator around.
