How can I download, Burn, and run PS2 games on a PS2 without having a mod chip installed?

Is there a free boot disk out there that actually works?

Good luck downloading them.
You are probably going to get banned for even asking that.
A boot disk won't work.
You need a mod chip.
PS2 disks are much much bigger than a CD-R.
Do you have a DVD burner?
