Zinc(Missing files)

I have just installed the latest version of Zinc and have dicovered that it is missing a boardrom.bin file.

I dowloaded and unzipped street fighter ex 2 plus into the roms folder and it is also missing a file.

Files I need :
ex2-07m(street fighter ex 2 plus file)
boardrom.bin (49kb) (Zinc file)

Please help!!!!

??? Im asking for help that is all!! Why have a section devoted to other emulators if you do not even assist people operating them GEEs I AM LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE OPERATION OF AN EMULATOR THESE FILES ARE NEEDED TO RUN IT!!!!!!!
