i've tried evoodoo in the past(mostly with ultrahle)but i really din't notice any difference in the gfx or the advantage in other sections. So why should i use this?I'm a voodoo3 owner ofcourse that's the reason i wonder.
Anyone know a way to run daeadalus D3D8 plugin with hardware accelaration? Not software mode as it does.Any trick to use 32bit with voodoo?I know that those things are not supported but maybe.......:plain:
p.s. I'm not saying that evoodoo is uselles or criticize.Just want to know the positive of evoodoo

Isn't evoodoo a glide wrapper? Something you'd use so that you can use ultrahle on a non-voodoo card. I think Ultrahle uses glide to render graphics on a voodoo card. That makes it pretty much redundant on a voodoo card. I think... It translates glide into direct3d. - I think :)

yes, evoodoo translated glide functions to their direct3d equuivelants. You can never use 32bit because the voodoo3 does not support 32bit rendering, and never use deadalusd3d8 for the same reason (?) :)

...is it?:sleepy:
thought it was for voodoo cards to improve the quality not for helping other cars to use "glide"
Anyway glide i can use for sure,so i don't need it.:)

yep, evoodoo is a glide wrapper, so if you have a voodoo3, don't use it
