On Windows 9x the answer is no
On Windows NT the answer is maybe

According to your specs, your using Win98SE so no, stick with FAT32. The only other option for 98 users is FAT16, and there really is no reason why you should be using that archaic file system.

2000 or XP it's NTFS
98SE it's FAT32
